Since I’ve reviewed every published piece of Tamera Alexander’s books, you might consider me what they call a “fan.” I seriously love everything she writes. And now I can officially say I’ve read all of her books. I saved her first published books for last, but no surprise here…I loved the whole series!
The Award-winning Fountain Creek Chronicles is composed of three books: In the late 1860s, Colorado Territory is a wild and untamed land. But nestled within its mountains and sustained by one of its major creeks, three new romances blossom on the rugged frontier.
Rekindled: In two words: Yes please. The story follows Katherine and Larson, a couple married for 10 years before tragedy strikes and Katherine thinks Larson is dead. But he isn’t and comes back five months later a scarred man whom no one recognizes. It’s a beautiful story of second chances and fighting for what you love and believe in. It was a different storyline than I usually read and I really enjoyed it. It reminded me of the sacredness and blessing a marriage can be. And the vows for better or for worse.
Revealed: I’ll be honest, for a while I wanted to slap some sense into Mr. Matthew Taylor. But I promise he comes around and you’ll love him! Annabelle is always a great character who you love from the beginning. This story is such a beautiful picture of grace and not living in the past and the wrongs we have done, but instead embracing the freedom that comes with forgiveness.
Remembered: I can see why this one was a Christy Winner. J’adore! I think this one might have been my favorite with Jack and French woman Véronique finding mishap, adventure, restoration and love in the beautiful town of Willow Springs. I also really enjoyed how the colorful characters of the first two novels came into play throughout this final chapter. And it made me adore all things French once again.
Yep, like I said before, you can’t go wrong with Tamera Alexander.
